Growing local Private Security firm needs experienced supervisor to check officers in the field, schedule, train, and oversee swing shift (3 days during the week) and on weekends. Position may quickly move to Asst Operations if warranted (that is our hope).
You must currenly live in the LA Area, have transporation (not public), a good driving record, and use email/apps with ease.
Must have excellent appearance and professional demeanor, be tactful but firm, and know how to get cooperation from officers who need that little push. Military veterans a plus.
Must have guard card and willingness to obtain/have an exposed gun permit. Those with aspirations of owning a security company considered an advantage (the owners mindset).
Commissions and bonuses available.
