Belleview Valley Nursing Home is looking for an assistant Maintenance person.
Pay is based on experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of the physical plant, HVAC, and equipment to prevent breakdowns.
- General Repairs: Fix plumbing (faucets, toilets), minor electrical issues (switches, lighting), carpentry, and drywall.
- Groundskeeping & Safety: Remove snow/ice, clear walkways, and ensure safety compliance.
- Facility Upkeep: Perform painting, furniture moving, and room setup for new residents.
- Operational Support: Respond to work orders, maintain maintenance logs, and assist with emergency situations.
