Job DescriptionPrestige Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity with excellent benefits! Must be willing to work 3rd shift. Essential Job Functions: 
 
<ul>
<li>Ensure facilities and equipment are maintained to ensure safe and efficient production </li>
<li>Preventative maintenance </li>
<li>Support multiple projects including launch strategy and project timelines </li>
<li>Review and provide input on new equipment. </li>
<li>Mentor maintenance teams</li>
<li>Coordinate training and skill improvements including apprenticeship education and training. </li>
<li>Attend required environment, health and safety training with employees. </li>
<li>Conduct effective, timely accident investigations and initiate corrective action. </li>
<li>Strive for safe production and train and encourage employees to follow safe work practices </li>
<li>Enforce rules and procedures consistently. </li>
<li>Supports quality, environmental and 5S programs. </li>
<li>Lead by Example. </li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Associate's degree preferred </li>
<li>5+ years of Supervision experience in Industrial maintenance </li>
</ul>
