Facilities Operations & Reliability Coordinator
Job Description
Job DescriptionAbout the Role
Join us as the go-to partner for keeping our spaces safe, efficient, and ready for work. In this role, you’ll blend hands-on facility care with organized maintenance planning—supporting building systems, managing inventories, and documenting performance so we can run smoothly day after day.
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
A Day in the Life
Morning starts with a walkthrough—offices, warehouses, parking lots, sidewalks, and common areas—to spot issues before they become problems. You’ll review work orders in Asset Essentials, prioritize maintenance, and coordinate materials for the day. Midday might find you assisting with a stubborn HVAC fault, verifying a fire suppression inspection, or updating service histories after an electrical repair. In the afternoon, you could be staging equipment for a customer demo, checking spare parts levels, or preparing KPI updates and compliance documentation. Before you wrap, you’ll balance purchase requisitions, confirm contractor insurance records, and ensure tomorrow’s plan is locked in.
