Job Title: Full-Time Janitorial Positions

Position Summary:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as full-time janitorial staff in Shorter, Alabama.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Cleaning blinds, desks, counters, and other surfaces
- Emptying trash receptacles
- Performing other general cleaning tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Valid ID and Social Security card
- Reliable transportation
- Availability to work at various locations
- Prior cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
- Physical ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must pass a background check
Compensation:
- Starting pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour (based on job assignment, experience, and location)
- Expected hours: At least 35 hours per week

Work Schedule:
