Job Description
I'm partnering with a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturing company that is looking to add a Production Maintenance Supervisor to its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader who enjoys developing teams, improving equipment reliability, and working in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

- \n
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians supporting production and packaging equipment
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime
- Coordinate work orders, maintenance scheduling, and spare parts inventory through a CMMS
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and drive continuous process improvements
- Ensure compliance with cGMP/FDA standards and company safety requirements
- Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams on equipment improvements, investigations, and capital projects
- Support employee training and development while fostering a strong safety culture

What We're Looking For:
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or similar preferred)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software (Maximo experience is a plus)
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of cGMP/FDA-regulated manufacturing environments
