Full-Time | Cobleskill, New York | $16.92-$17.34/hour + $500 Signing Bonus

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Help keep our buildings, classrooms, and playgrounds in excellent condition through general repairs, routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Partner with specialized contractors on inspections and facility projects.
• Care for outdoor areas and keep playgrounds and walkways clear of debris; ensure walkways are free from snow and ice during operating hours.
• Help protect everyone on site by keeping emergency exits and safety latches secure, accessible, and in good working order.
• Keep cleaning and restroom supplies well stocked and ready for use.
• Support agency vehicle needs by assisting with fueling and coordinating repairs.
• Keep our locations connected by transporting food, classroom supplies, mail, laundry, and other deliveries between the Cobleskill center and other agency locations.

A Schedule with Flexibility

This is a full-time, year-round position with a flexible schedule of 30–35 hours per week, depending on workload and special projects.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three written letters of reference
• Ability to successfully complete the NYS OCFS comprehensive clearance process
• Current physical examination and Mantoux tuberculosis test
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand, bend, or kneel for extended periods
• Valid, unrestricted New York State driver’s license
