Position Overview
We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Janitors to join our team in Olathe, KS. Whether you're looking for supplemental income or a long-term career opportunity, we have flexible positions available for motivated individuals who take pride in maintaining clean and organized facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies as needed
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and high-touch areas
- Follow established cleaning schedules and company procedures
- Safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products according to safety guidelines
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures and cleaning protocols
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable performing repetitive cleaning tasks
- Ability to work in a variety of indoor commercial environments
Compensation & Benefits
- $18–$23 per hour, based on experience
