Our client is seeking a commercially minded Leasing Manager to support leasing activity across its office and retail portfolio while partnering closely with key contacts across the organization and throughout the Long Island commercial real estate industry.

- Interface with ownership, brokers, tenants, legal counsel, accounting, construction, and property management.
- Manage inbound leasing activity, including broker and prospect communication, tour coordination, and follow-up.
- Help prepare deal materials.

- Familiarity with office and retail leasing workflows, documentation, and tenant coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active matters and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with Yardi or similar property management and lease administration platforms is strongly preferred.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with brokers, tenants, counsel, and internal stakeholders.
- Support underwriting of new deals.
- 5 years' experience with portfolio of commercial properties
