We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join a manufacturing facility and help keep the building, equipment, and facility systems running safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on position for someone with strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or facilities environment.
What You'll Do

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, machinery, and building systems

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing issues

Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections

Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems, lighting, and other facility infrastructure

Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs

Assist with equipment installations and facility improvement projects

Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders

Follow all company safety procedures and applicable safety regulations
What We're Looking For

2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or facilities environment

Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

Ability to troubleshoot equipment and facility issues effectively

Ability to read and understand technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Basic computer skills; experience with maintenance tracking systems is a plus

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment
