Job Overview

Ceramic Coating Detail Technician will be responsible for Paint Corrections and Ceramic Coatings. This position is vital to the operation's success as quality paint correction is key to a successful ceramic coating package. This employee will play a crucial role in ensuring our client’s vehicles receive the utmost attention and care.

Responsibilities and Duties

● Maintain a clean and organized work area

● Follow and perform shop opening and closing procedures

● Understand the chemicals and equipment and the best methods for usage

● Help monitor inventory levels on the chemicals and equipment that you use

● Report damage and upsell opportunities to sales staff before any work is performed

● Perform paint corrections

● Perform ceramic coatings

Qualifications

● Must be able to work 8+ hours a day in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.

● Excellent communications and teamwork skills.

● Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

● Knowledge of cleaning products, tools and technics; experience using them.

● Must be able to perform paint corrections and ceramic coating in a timely manner using proper techniques.
