Responsibilities (Buyer Agent + Listing Agent)
- Follow up with inbound real estate leads and online inquiries
- Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations
- Manage property showings, open houses, and client tours
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing
- Build your pipeline, referrals, and repeat client business
- Use CRM systems to manage lead generation and client communication

Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License (PA required)

Compensation
- Commission-Based Real Estate Role
- Expected Earnings: $48,000 – $258,000+ annually
- Bonus opportunities based on performance
