If you have 3+ years of apartment or property leasing experience and you're confident using Yardi, we want to hear from you.
Our client is looking for a proven Leasing Agent who knows how to generate leasing leads, conduct tours, follow up with prospects, close leases, and help maintain strong occupancy and resident retention.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Respond to prospective residents and generate leasing opportunities
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units
- Follow up with prospects and close leases
- Process applications, leases, move-ins, and renewals
- Maintain accurate leasing activity and resident records in Yardi
- Work toward occupancy, leasing, and retention goals
- Build strong relationships with residents and prospective residents
- Handle questions and resolve resident concerns professionally
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3+ years of leasing experience — REQUIRED
- Yardi experience — REQUIRED
- Apartment or multifamily leasing experience preferred
- Proven ability to convert prospects into leases
- Strong follow-up and closing skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements
