Chandler & Campbelle Investment Group, in partnership with Clear Channel Airports, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Advertising Maintenance Technician to provide part-time, on-call support for the installation, inspection, and maintenance of advertising displays at Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR). This onsite position is ideal for a dependable professional who takes pride in maintaining high-quality advertising assets and ensuring that all airport advertising meets Clear Channel’s presentation and operational standards.
The Advertising Maintenance Technician will be responsible for conducting routine visual inspections of advertising fixtures and display cases, verifying the proper placement and condition of advertising materials, and ensuring that display case interiors are clean, secure, and well maintained. Responsibilities also include monitoring digital displays to confirm they are functioning properly and showing the correct content, troubleshooting and resetting display units when necessary, verifying digital equipment timing, and performing digital and touchscreen audits in accordance with established schedules. The technician will replenish marketing materials as needed, replace light bulbs or LED components to maintain proper illumination, inspect specialty displays, receive shipments of graphic materials, and install new graphics within required timelines. Additional duties include updating placement maps following installations, coordinating specialty display placements, collaborating with airport personnel and Clear Channel representatives as needed, completing scheduled monthly walkthroughs, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Prior experience in maintenance, facilities support, advertising, or a related field is preferred. Basic computer skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and be eligible to obtain and maintain a TSA-issued airport badge.
Flexible availability is required, including occasional evening or weekend hours, with an average workload of approximately 2–4 hours per week, depending on operational needs. A resume is required for consideration.
