The Site Supervisor will supervise the QC Inspectors team for our client in the automotive and manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will have the proven ability to meet client demand while also delivering high levels of customer service.
LOCATION: Grand Prairie, Texas
SALARY:
$20.00 per hour, Full-time
Shift: 8 am to 5 pm Monday-Saturday weekends as needed

Requirements
Schedule and Supervise inspectors and ensure work product is per established specifications and parameters.
Partner closely with Operations Director and General Manager for day-to-day operations.
Conduct routine analyses of in-process materials or finished goods.
Disciplinary processes as needed
Maintain employee time sheets
Communicate with quality plant personnel on quality issues and start and open containments
Manage all required documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications and Skill Set:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
3-4 years’ related experience in manufacturing or similar environment
2-3 years supervisory experience
Excellent oral and written communications
Active listening and problem solving
Organized and good attention to detail
