BG Staffing is seeking a strong, reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a well-maintained multi-family property in Lansdale, PA. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can hit the ground running and is available to start ASAP.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay

• $22.00/hour starting
• Higher pay available for candidates with EPA Certification and/or HVAC experience
• (Pay and bill rate will be adjusted accordingly using the 80.5% RPM markup for certified tech placements.)

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repair tasks throughout the apartment community
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
• Ensure apartments are ready for new move-ins (make-readies/turns)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Prior apartment or general maintenance experience preferred
• EPA Certification and/or HVAC experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and tools preferred
