We are currently recruiting for a President / Site Manager USA to lead Teufelberger Fiber Rope Corp.’s U.S. manufacturing organization into the next phase of growth. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a hands-on, sales-driven leader who wants to take full responsibility for a meaningful U.S. manufacturing business, actively shape its future, and drive sustainable growth within a stable, globally active, family-owned group.
About the Role
As President / Site Manager USA, you will have full responsibility for the performance and development of the U.S. fiber rope business. The role combines strong commercial leadership with overall general management accountability and requires a visible, on-site leadership presence in Fall River, Massachusetts.
The organization has a solid operational foundation in place, with approximately 140 employees supporting manufacturing, sales, and support functions in the U.S. The primary focus of the role is to drive commercial growth, strengthen customer relationships, and further develop the business in close alignment with the global organization. The role reports directly to the CEO Fiber Rope of the Teufelberger Group.

Key Responsibilities
- Full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and corrective actions
- Define and execute site strategy and business plans in alignment with Group and Business Unit strategies
- Lead and further develop a compact, highly hands-on U.S. sales organization and personally drive key customer relationships
- Drive business development in close collaboration with global Business Unit Leaders
- Strengthen OEM, private-label, and key account business
- Ensure operational stability, delivery reliability, quality, and cost discipline in close cooperation with the Operations Director
- Allocate human and infrastructural resources to achieve defined business goals
- Lead, develop, and align the local leadership team and organization
- Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, safety, legal, and corporate governance requirements
- Represent the company legally in the role of President and senior executive
Candidate Profile
- Proven senior leadership experience in a sales-driven role within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Experience with full P&L responsibility or clear readiness to take on full general management accountability
- Strong commercial mindset combined with the ability to lead operational teams
- Hands-on, pragmatic leadership style with high on-site presence
- Comfortable working in a European, family-owned, matrix organization
- Structured, results-oriented, and resilient change leader
- Strong communication skills and credibility with customers, employees, and senior stakeholders
