Maintenance Technician
Location: Twinsburg, OH
Looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support and maintain automated manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, robotic, and automated systems to keep production running efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, machinery, and automated production cells.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Support and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLC-controlled equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot robotic systems.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics.
- Complete welding, fabrication, and equipment repair as needed.
- Install, move, and align manufacturing equipment.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley preferred).
- Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with automated manufacturing equipment and robotics.
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Technical school, vocational training, or related education preferred.
