- Shift Timing: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $30-32/Hr On W2
Parking is the responsibility of the contingent worker until they convert to a permanent employee
- Interview format(s): phone, video, onsite - Team 1st meetings/ 2nd & 3rd round In-person
- Number of interview rounds 3 (final will be a client meet & greet for those who make it past round 2)
- Interview duration 30 min initial meeting, 1 hour final 2 sessions
- Background with Ricoh, Xerox, Canon, CBRE, ISS, Sodexo, Aramark, Iron Mountain, Williams Lea, Epiq, or similar managed services organizations.
Manager’s Job Description:

- Shift: Working hours 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (must be flexible) location is open 7:30 am - 6 pm. Sr Site Manager will work extended hours or adjust schedule as necessary to accommodate site needs.
This person will lead a 3-person team at the largest office on a 13-location legal services account and serve as the designated successor and operational right-hand to the Senior Services Operations Manager, with responsibility for team leadership, customer success, SLA performance, and multi-site operational support.
Ideal Candidate – Must Haves
- 5+ years of operations, office services, facilities, workplace experience, or managed services leadership experience.
- Proven experience leading teams, including coaching, performance management, training, and employee development.
- Experience supporting multiple locations, remote teams, or geographically dispersed employees.
- Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with office leadership and key stakeholders.
- Experience managing service delivery in an SLA-driven environment with accountability for metrics and reporting.
- Demonstrated success overseeing high-volume operational workflows such as digital mail, scanning, print production, records management, mail services, or similar business support functions.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with executive-level professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, respond to escalations, and maintain service excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience preparing and presenting monthly operational metrics, business reviews, and performance reporting.
- Ability to serve as the primary backup to the Senior Services Operations Manager and provide remote leadership support across a multi-site account structure.
Preferred
- Legal, professional services, financial services, healthcare, or corporate headquarters experience.
- Experience supporting digital mailroom operations, production print, and scanning environments.
- Experience managing customer-facing services for 100+ employees.
- Experience supporting single-person and small remote site operations.
