Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Property Accountant for a growing property management company, working a hybrid schedule, in Richmond, VA.
Duties include:
- Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Financial Statements, Planning and Reporting
- Journal Entries
- Assist with month-end closing, year-end audit and tax reporting
- Monitor cash flow and accounts payable
- Forecasting
Qualificiations:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business
- 5+ years of property accounting experience
- Knowledge of Yardi or other property management software experience
Salary Range is $75K to $90K + bonus potential
