Colonial Properties is hiring a reliable, hardworking Property Care Technician to help maintain, inspect, and care for properties in the Pigeon Forge area. This full-time role is ideal for someone who takes pride in hands-on work and keeping properties safe, clean, and guest-ready.

The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or with a team. Experience in property maintenance, facility care, trades, or groundskeeping is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

· Perform routine property inspections, basic maintenance, and light repairs.

· Assist with property upkeep, setup, and general care.

· Report maintenance issues, hazards, or safety concerns promptly.

· Transport equipment, tools, and supplies to property sites.

· Maintain clean work areas and care for company equipment and vehicles.

Qualifications

· Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check.

· Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle driving record.

· Maintenance, facility care, trades, or groundskeeping experience is a plus.

· Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

· Able to bend, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
