As a rapid parts manufacturer, our company serves customers in energy, power generation, oil and gas, automotive, electric vehicle, and aerospace. We operate out of a state of the art 100,000 sqft facility in Conroe, Texas.\n
\nWe are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager with mastery-level knowledge in facility and CNC machine maintenance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data driven preventative maintenance, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.\n

\nJob SummaryThe Maintenance Manager will lead and manage the maintenance team in a high-mix low-volume fabrication company, ensuring optimal equipment performance, facility upkeep, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Rollout Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system using Quantum Lean (QL) approach. Conduct responsibilities Completely, Accurately, Timely (CAT).\n
\nResponsibilitiesThrough team effective management and full use of Computerized Maintenance Management System, E-Maintenance:Perform preventive maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime, prevent failures, and extend asset lifespan.Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures based on equipment manufacturer recommendations and equipment usage patterns.Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, breakdowns, or performance issues to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.Perform repairs, replacements, or adjustments to damaged or faulty components, parts, or systems to restore functionality and operational efficiency.Coordinate with equipment suppliers, vendors, or external service providers for specialized repairs, spare parts procurement, or technical support as needed.Maintain building infrastructure, utilities, and facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable work environment.Conduct regular inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks to address facility-related issues, such as leaks, cracks, safety hazards, or code violations.Implement safety protocols, procedures, and training programs to promote a culture of safety, risk awareness, and compliance with regulations.Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards, mitigate risks, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of safety equipment, emergency systems, fire suppression systems, and other safety-related systems.Manage inventory levels of maintenance supplies, spare parts, and consumables to ensure adequate stock availability.Develop and maintain maintenance and repair budgets.\n
\nQualityEnsure all maintenance activities are performed to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding industry best practices.Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols for maintenance work.Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.\n
\nPeople ManagementLead, coach, and develop the maintenance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement training and development plans.Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication.\n
\nAdministrationMaintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, including work orders, equipment logs, and inspection reports.Prepare and submit maintenance reports and performance metrics to senior management.Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.\n
\nTools, Materials, and Information (TMI)Ensure the team members have TMI which include:Appropriate tools and equipment for maintenance tasks.Access to manufacturer manuals, technical documentation, and schematics.Availability of spare parts, consumables, and maintenance supplies.Up-to-date safety guidelines, protocols, and regulatory compliance information.Training materials and resources for skill development and safety training.\n

\nWORK AVAILABLITY AND TRAVELMust have the ability to work all shift schedules, periodic overtime and be available for periodic weekend work should issues with machinery or facility arise.\n
