🏡 We're Hiring: Real Estate Office & Property Coordinator — On-Site (Colona, IL)

📍 This is an on-site role based in Colona, IL — with regular field work. You'll be out at properties, not behind a desk all day. (Please only apply if you can work on-site and travel locally to properties.)

Bridgeview Capital Holdings / Prime Point Rentals is a growing residential real estate team, and we're looking for an organized, dependable coordinator who's comfortable splitting their time between the office and the field.

What you'll do

- Manage daily office administration and coordination
- Go out to properties for move-in / move-out inspections, document deliveries, and notice postings
- Keep an eye on renovation/construction crews on active projects as needed
- Take professional-quality photos and videos of rental properties (smartphone or camera)
- Organize files, maintain records, and keep things running accurately

What we're looking for

- \n
- Someone who can work on-site and travel to properties daily — this is essential
- Reliable transportation + valid driver's license with a good record
- Able to handle field/physical tasks — property walks, inspections, occasional light on-site work
- Available for regular weekend coverage (Sat/Sun rotation) in addition to weekdays
- Organized, self-motivated, and dependable, with strong communication skills
- Comfortable with smartphones, cameras, Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
