Job Summary:
As a Remodeler Team Member, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks in residential properties throughout Deltona and surrounding city's. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in various trades, possess strong communication skills, and be committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting, as needed.
- Conduct repairs and troubleshooting to address clients' home improvement needs promptly and effectively.
- Install, assemble, and repair fixtures, furniture, appliances, and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate repairs or upgrades.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients' requirements and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing all tasks.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and tools to enhance job performance.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Remodeler or in a similar role.
- Proficient in various trades, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Ability to operate and maintain a wide range of tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor tasks.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must have reliable transportation and own set of tools.
