We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a maintenance team within a manufacturing environment. The role is responsible for maintaining industrial equipment and facility systems, reducing downtime, managing preventive maintenance, and ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise, lead, and develop the maintenance team.
- Plan and manage daily maintenance activities and priorities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, electrical systems, and PLC-controlled machinery.
- Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and control diagrams.
- Manage CMMS for work orders, inventory, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
- Oversee high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems while following safety requirements.
- Lead maintenance projects and equipment improvement initiatives.
- Train and develop team members on mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, facilities, and other departments.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Previous maintenance supervisory/management experience in manufacturing.
- Strong industrial maintenance and mechanical knowledge.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting PLC-based control systems.
- Industrial equipment troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with electrical maintenance and control systems.
- Knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Experience maintaining HVAC systems.
- Experience using CMMS.
- Strong project management experience in manufacturing.
- Proven team leadership, motivation, and development skills.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
