Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Stratton Group Keller Williams is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our growing team. This is your opportunity to play a vital behind-the-scenes role in a fast-paced real estate environment, keeping deals on track and clients thrilled from contract to close.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from executed contract through closing
- Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies, and escrow officers
- Track contract deadlines, contingency periods, and critical milestones to ensure timely closings
- Prepare, review, and organize transaction documents for compliance and accuracy
- Maintain and update transaction management software and CRM platforms
- Provide regular status updates to clients and agents throughout the transaction process
- Assist with scheduling inspections, appraisals, and final walkthroughs
Requirements:
- Prior experience in real estate transactions, escrow, or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of real estate contracts and closing processes is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with transaction management tools such as KW Command, Follow Up Boss, or similar platforms
- Active Real Estate License is a plus but not required
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
