Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of residential properties, including tenant relations, lease management, property inspections, maintenance coordination, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The role involves managing budgets, handling tenant inquiries and issues, ensuring the properties are clean and well-maintained, and promoting a positive community environment.
Qualifications

Experience in property management, tenant relations, and lease management

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Knowledge of property maintenance and inspection procedures

Understanding of budgets and financial management

Proficiency with property management software and technology, especially online portals
