Oranje Commercial Cleaning is looking for energetic, detail-oriented individuals to join our team maintaining restrooms and facilities across multiple City of Phoenix hiking trailheads. This is a route position — you'll drive a company vehicle between assigned trailhead locations throughout your shift, cleaning and servicing each stop along the way.
Type: Full-time
Location: City of Scottsdale Trailheads/North Scottsdale (multiple sites/route-based)
Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Pay: $16.50 /hour
What You'll Do
- Drive a set daily route between multiple City of Scottsdale (North Scottsdale) trailhead locations
- Perform general janitorial and custodial duties at each stop
- Strong attention to detail and genuine enjoyment of cleaning work
- Comfortable working independently, outdoors, and moving between multiple sites daily
- Reliability and punctuality
- Must have or be able to obtain an AZ Driver's License
- Acceptable driving record per company insurance policy
- Completion of defensive driving course (arranged within the hiring process)
- 23+ years old
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
- Must be able to pass background checks (This position requires City of Scottsdale clearance. Candidates must pass a separate background check in addition to Oranje's standard hiring requirements)
- Must pass EVerify
