We are in need of our next great Rental Agent. The ideal candidate can seek out potential clients and turn them into actual customers. You should be knowledgeable in the local real estate market, including neighborhoods, school districts, and zoning ordinances.

Compensation:
$17 - $19 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Validate all personal references and rental application information
- Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties
- Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts
- Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld
- Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- A proven record of sales experience and success
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in using computer software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate data entry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with prospects and internal teams
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of property management processes and leasing procedures is a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish) REQUIRED
