JOB DETAILS
Job Title: Maintenance & Cleaning Technician
Company: Trifecta Medical
The Maintenance & Cleaning Technician will complete daily maintenance checks on all machines throughout the plant.
Responsibilities (included, but not limited to):
o Check the maintenance schedule each morning for what must be accomplished each week, day, month.
o Review the daily priorities with immediate supervisor each morning.
o Ask for training and/or instruction for any process that is unfamiliar or uncomfortable.
o Document what was accomplished – check, initial, sign and date each day – Brandon and Nick are developing/enhancing this system and will provide training and instruction on how to record and store this information.
These responsibilities will include the following and more:
o Change fluids on machines (i.e. coolant in mills, oils in punch presses, water in waterjet, etc.)
o Clean filters on machines (i.e. filters on mills, punches, dust collectors, etc.)
o Replace filters on machines (i.e. filters on mills, punches, dust collectors, etc.)
o Additional maintenance tasks defined by individual machine manuals – training and instruction can/will be provided.
o Clean machines – all machines must be cleaned regularly and kept free of accumulated dust, grease, residues, fingerprints, etc. – our facility needs to resemble a hospital environment – very clean.
o Clean manufacturing facility (floors, windows, carts, racks, tables, etc.) - kept free of accumulated dust, grease, residues, fingerprints, etc.
o Fill in other roles as/where necessary (laser operation, deburr, cryo-deburr, peel and pack, passivation, cleaning, etc.) – as needed and when instructed by supervisor.
o This list is subject to changes/additions.
