- Experience: 2+ years in hands-on security monitoring and incident response
- Core Work: Monitor security events, assess incidents, investigate threats, and take appropriate action
- Technology: Alarm systems, video management systems, and security monitoring technologies
- Background: Corporate security, law enforcement, government fusion center, public safety, or investigative operations
- Key Skills: Incident response, critical thinking, decision-making, sensitive information handling, and multitasking
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, collaboration, and ability to work independently
- Education: High School Diploma/GED
- Preferred: Ability to obtain required government security clearance
