Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehabilitation | Millersburg, PA
Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable Assistant Maintenance Director to support the Maintenance Director in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the facility.

Monitor and follow up on the facility’s work order system.

Complete required daily, weekly, and monthly testing and inspections.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

Assist with facility safety and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
-
Provide coverage in the absence of the Maintenance Director.

Participate in the facility’s on-call rotation.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Previous maintenance experience; healthcare or skilled nursing experience preferred.

Knowledge of general building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies as needed.

Dependable and willing to participate in the on-call rotation.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
