Salary: $175,000 - $250,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Transactional Execution: Structure, negotiate, and execute complex commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
  • Leasing Operations: Draft and negotiate sophisticated retail, office, life sciences, and industrial leases for regional landlords and national tenants.
  • Financing & Credit: Represent lenders and commercial borrowers in structuring acquisition loans, construction financing, and joint venture equity investments.
  • Due Diligence Analysis: Oversee comprehensive title, survey, environmental, and zoning due diligence reviews to mitigate underwriting risks.
  • Land Use & Permitting: Counsel developers through local municipal approvals, land use planning, special permits, and zoning variances.
  • Entiy Formation: Draft corporate resolutions, operating agreements, and joint venture frameworks tailored for commercial real estate investment vehicles.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated commercial real estate transactional practice in a sophisticated law firm setting.
  • Procedural Mastery: Complete fluency with closing mechanics, title insurance underwriting, title opinions, survey analysis, and commercial leasing frameworks.
  • Technical Savvy: High proficiency with document management software, virtual data rooms, closing management platforms, and modern legal technology.
  • Credentials: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active, unblemished bar admission (or eligible for immediate admission).
