Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Maintenance professional to join our team at Avir at Bellmead in Bellmead, TX. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our property, while also providing exceptional service to our residents. Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements, to ensure the property remains in good condition

Conduct inspections and perform necessary repairs to ensure the safety and functionality of all systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC

Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently

Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, and materials used

Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance requests
