We're a fast-growing national technology service provider, and we are hiring experienced Lead Security Alarm Technicians to support both long and short-term commercial projects. Ideal candidates will have experience leading low-voltage jobs involving structured cabling, alarm systems, video surveillance, and paging systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot low-voltage cabling systems
- Install IP cameras (e.g., Axis), voice and data cabling, and cable support structures
- Perform closeouts and verify infrastructure meets safety and performance standards
- Conduct system testing and ensure full operational status
- Provide status updates to project managers and clients
- Follow safety protocols per customer, OSHA, and job site requirements
- Lead small crews (28 technicians), offering daily guidance and field training
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in low voltage cabling (CAT5e, fiber optics, and network systems)
- Proficient with CCTV, alarm, and security systems
- Industry certifications (BICSI, Panduit, Siemon, Corning, Belden) are highly preferred
- Ability to travel extensively and work nights and varied shifts
- Skilled in blueprint reading, MDF/IDF buildouts, and color-code identification
- Comfortable working in tight spaces and at heights
- Experience with conduit installation is a plus
- Must own basic telecom tools, PPE, and have reliable transportation
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong computer and communication skills

Compensation & Travel
- Hourly Pay: $25 - $40/hour based on experience and market
- Per Diem: $125/day when overnight travel is required
