Our amazing apartment community in Greensboro, NC is looking for a skilled Groundskeeper to join our Maintenance Team! The Groundskeeper is responsible for assigned grounds and some maintenance duties under the direct supervision of the Property Manager. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and benefits package!
MAJOR GOALS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for assigned grounds and maintenance duties under the direct supervision of the Property Manager or assigned Supervisor.
- Assist in achievement of the community's annual budget plan
- Some maintenance functions
- Physical condition of the community
- Uphold all company policies, goals, and values
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ACTIVITES:
- Perform assigned grounds and maintenance tasks in an organized and timely manner
- Police the grounds on a daily basis; clean and maintain common areas
- Pressure washing, exterior painting and general maintenance of community common areas
- Perform assigned landscaping duties
- Participate in an ongoing improvement plan
- Perform all duties in a manner that results in the highest quality customer satisfaction
- All other duties as may be assigned from time to time
