We are looking for an experienced maintenance technician for our Butler, PA locations. Job Duties:

- Plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC

- Roofing repair

- Carpentry, drywall, and painting

- Concrete and masonry repair

- Installation of appliances and mechanical equipment

- Groundskeeping and snow removal

- Preventative maintenance

Required Qualifications:

- 5-10 years HVAC experience, with EPA certification

- 5-10 years plumbing experience

- 5-10 years electrical experience

- Skilled in the use of power tools and equipment

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Physical stamina and dexterity

- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

- High School diploma or equivalent

Rotating on-call schedule required. Applicant must be within a 30-minute drive of the Butler, PA area for emergency maintenance.
