- You must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent in California (required).
- You are highly coachable and committed to a client-focused, fiduciary mindset.
- You are driven to achieve high-level sales results.
YOUR UPSIDE EARNING POTENTIAL
Our compensation structure is designed to put the maximum commission in your pocket.
- NO FEES: We have zero monthly, desk, tech, or franchise fees.
- HIGH-YIELD MODEL: Our systems are built to put highly motivated agents on track to earn $100,000+ in Gross Commission Income (GCI) in their first year. Your earning potential is upside.
Compensation:
$77,000 - $182,000 yearly at plan
Responsibilities:
- List and sell residential real estate.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
- Prepare and provide a strong listing value proposition to sellers.
- Consult and guide clients through all the important aspects of conducting a real estate purchase or sale.
- Work Hard For Clients And Reap The Rewards.
Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License.
- Full-Time (No Part-time)- Must be available to answer Live lead calls.
- Live in or Reside around Downey- For training and meetings.
- Willingness to engage in an extensive training program designed for success.
- A team-oriented mindset, where knowledge-sharing is encouraged.
- Enthusiasm to work in a dynamic and energetic atmosphere.
- Your availability to both buyers and sellers as the lead comes in.
