School Custodian / Janitorial Cleaner

J and A Cleaning Company LLC is seeking dependable and hardworking School Custodians / Janitorial Cleaners to support Broward County Public Schools.

Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Clean and disinfect restrooms
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Clean classrooms, offices, cafeterias, and common areas
• Dust and wipe surfaces
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Janitorial experience preferred but not required
• Must be dependable, professional, and punctual

Schedule:

• Day and evening shifts available
• Full-time, part-time, and on-call opportunities may be available based on school assignments and staffing needs
