We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our team as a Maintenance Manager Assistant! This position would have the opportunity to transition to Maintenance Manager as things progress.
Responsibilities:
- Preventative maintenance inspections
- Stocking of spare parts
- Hands on electrical, plumbing, and welding repairs
- Safety Audits
- Equipment refurbishment
- Equipment repairs
Training will entail:
- Apprenticeship with existing Maintenance Manager
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-5 years Electrical and Mechanical Experience
- Experience in factory settings
- Fork Lift Certified
- Leadership Skills
- Problem Solving Abilities
- Knowledge of the Plastics Industry would be beneficial
Hours, Benefits, and Compensation:
- 7 AM to 5 PM
- Additional hours when needed to fulfill responsibilities
- Salary will be experience dependent
- Starting Salary $40,000 to $50,000 annually with management opportunities
