 We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Groundskeeper / Property Porter to help keep our apartment community clean and well-maintained. Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Walk the property and grounds daily </li>
<li>Pick up trash, litter, and debris throughout the community </li>
<li>Keep parking lots, sidewalks, entrances, and common areas clean </li>
<li>Empty outdoor trash receptacles as needed </li>
<li>Identify and report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness issues </li>
<li>Help keep the property looking clean and presentable at all times </li>
<li>Assist with other basic property upkeep as needed </li>
</ul>
This is NOT a landscaping position. The primary responsibility is keeping the property clean and ensuring issues noticed while walking the grounds are reported promptly. Requirements 
<ul>
<li>Reliable and able to work independently </li>
<li>Hardworking and attentive to detail </li>
<li>Comfortable working outdoors and walking the property throughout the day </li>
<li>Able to lift and handle bags of trash and other reasonable items </li>
<li>Takes pride in keeping a property clean and orderly </li>
</ul>
