About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead maintenance operations for a high-volume production facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving equipment reliability, maximizing production uptime, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and developing a high-performing maintenance team.

Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Lead all maintenance, reliability, and facility operations for a manufacturing plant.
- Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for equipment failures.
- Manage daily maintenance activities while supporting production schedules.
- Oversee capital improvement projects, equipment upgrades, automation initiatives, and new equipment installations.
- Manage CMMS systems, maintenance records, work orders, and equipment history.
- Lead and develop maintenance technicians through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, environmental, and safety standards.
- Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to improve plant performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
\n
Required
\n
- \n
- 5+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading maintenance teams in high-speed manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), packaging, food processing, or similar industries.
- Strong background in preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Experience managing capital projects, maintenance budgets, and spare parts inventory.
- Proven ability to improve equipment reliability and reduce production downtime.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred.

- Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies
