Responsiblities
- Welcome prospective residents and conduct apartment tours.
- Showcase apartment homes and community amenities.
- Assist with leasing applications, renewals, and resident inquiries.
- Build positive relationships with residents and future renters.
- Work with a supportive team to achieve leasing goals and create a great community experience.
Leasing experience is great, but personality and people skills go a long way! If you've worked in apartment leasing, hotel front desk operations, hospitality, sales, or any customer-facing role where you love engaging with people, we want to meet you!
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
- Experience in leasing, hospitality, hotel front desk, sales, or other customer-facing positions.
- Enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and creating great experiences.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with computers and learning new software.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and a great team player.
- Have office skills such as answering phones, typing, organizing, and prioritizing skills
- Positive energy, a welcoming smile, and a can-do attitude!
