<p><strong>Full Time, 7:30AM-4:00PM Monday-Friday</strong></p>
<p><strong>Job Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent</li>
<li>Must have a valid SC driver's license.</li>
<li>Must have worked in the Building Tech, Level I position for at least one (1) year.</li>
<li>Must have the ability to do physical activities such as lifting, climbing ladders, crawling in tight areas and extensive mobility. Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions. Have a general understanding of Life Safety codes.</li>
<li>Must have a basic understanding and knowledge of hospital's electrical, HV AC, and plumbing systems.</li>
<li>Computer keyboard knowledge. Good positive communication and people skills. Must have a good knowledge of departmental policies and procedures.</li>
