Life Protect 24/7 is searching for self-motivated, Custodial Supervisor to lead our team, ensure high-quality cleaning standards, and provide ongoing employee training and support. This role requires hands-on leadership, problem-solving, and strong organizational skills to maintain a well-functioning custodial operation.
Schedule:
- Tuesday-Saturday 10pm-6am
Responsibilities include:

Training custodial staff on proper cleaning methods and procedures

Provide ongoing surrport to overnight shifts

Perform quiality control checks on both the AM and Pm custodial shifts

Work along side the custodial team daily, fostering teamwork, shared accountability, and leding by example

Address cleaning related concerns independently

Handle non-emergency issues on-site

Supervise employee relations needs (leave request, call outs, shift coverage, etc)

Oversee supply inventory and ordering

Ideal Candidate will display strong leadership skills/experience, problem solving skills, exellent communication, and willingness to work along team

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, twist, and reach
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions such as scrubbing or wiping
- Must be able to work with chemical substances and other cleaning materials
- Must be able to operate backpack and handheld style industrial vacuum cleaners
Additional Requirements:
- Work well with others on a team
- Receive and respect coaching and training
- Experience working with cleaning routines
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 3-5 years of outstanding custodial experience
- 1-2 years of supervisor requirements
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
- Ability to interact with staff, peers, supervisors, and management while remaining professional, polite, and courteous
Pay: $19/hour
