We are looking for a licensed real estate agent interested in expanding their business within the La Jolla luxury real estate market while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is well suited for someone who values exceptional client service, enjoys building professional relationships, and wants to develop the knowledge and experience needed to represent buyers and sellers in one of San Diego's most desirable coastal communities.
You will gain valuable exposure to luxury properties, local market trends, and the expectations of clients purchasing or selling higher-value homes. Through property tours, buyer consultations, listing presentations, and client interactions, you will strengthen your ability to communicate property value, understand client priorities, and deliver a professional real estate experience.
Working alongside experienced luxury real estate professionals, you will learn effective strategies for developing relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and positioning yourself as a knowledgeable resource in the La Jolla market. Consistent prospecting, thoughtful follow-up, and networking will help you establish connections that can lead to future transactions, repeat clients, and referrals.
You will also benefit from ongoing coaching, mentorship, and practical transaction experience. From preparing offers and negotiating terms to coordinating inspections and managing the closing process, you will continue developing the skills needed to represent clients with confidence. Compensation:
$145,000+ at plan commissions
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- Follow the team plan!
Qualifications:
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Real estate license required in order to work with clients
