At Percy, we’re building new ways to help people find full-time work at trusted property management companies. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and handy individual to join a nationwide company as an entry-level Maintenance Tech.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty, and is looking for their first full-time job as a maintenance tech. If you have an interest in maintenance work or property maintenance and are looking for the right place to begin your career, this could be a perfect fit.

Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance across homes and common areas
- Handle weather-related issues, including snow removal (plow or shovel)
- Conduct minor repairs and crawl under homes when needed
- Assist with upkeep of community grounds and resident service requests
Qualifications
- Interest in getting your first full-time job as a handman
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
- Available for on-call shifts, typically during bad weather (snowstorms, etc.)
- Able to pass a background check
