What You'll Do
As the Community Association Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for HOA boards, homeowners, vendors, and contractors while ensuring communities are operating efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned HOA communities
- Coordinate and lead Board Meetings, Annual Owner Meetings, and Vendor Meetings
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and community correspondence
- Develop and oversee budgets, financial reports, reserve planning, and forecasting
- Manage community improvement and maintenance projects from inception to completion
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance files
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, board members, vendors, and contractors
- Respond professionally and promptly to community needs and concerns
- Handle emergency situations and urgent issues outside of normal business hours when necessary
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in HOA or Community Association Management
- Strong understanding of community governance and association operations
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple communities, priorities, and deadlines
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to review and explain financial reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- CMCA, M100, CPM, or other Community Association Management certifications
- Experience managing larger or complex HOA portfolios
- Property management software experience
