- Provide engineering support for facility infrastructure systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, compressed air, fire protection, building automation, and related utilities.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in facilities engineering, maintenance engineering, manufacturing, industrial operations, or related field.
- Experience with utility systems, building infrastructure, and capital project management preferred.
- Experience with CMMS, BMS, and industrial facility systems preferred.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, and facility utilities.
- Knowledge of maintenance and reliability principles.
- Project management and contractor coordination experience.
- Understanding of OSHA, NFPA, environmental, and building code requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, CMMS, and facility management software.
