Outdoor Pest Control Technician — $19–$21/hr, Paid Weekly + Bonuses
Get paid to work outside. ☀️ No experience needed — we train you and pay for your license.
We're a locally owned, full-service pest control company hiring service technicians in Knoxville. We handle it all — mosquitoes, ticks, fleas, ants, roaches, spiders, and more — protecting homes and yards across the Knoxville area. If you're tired of warehouses, kitchens, or retail and want to spend your days outdoors, driving your own route, and finishing when the work is done — this is the job.
THE PAY
- $19–$21/hour depending on experience — paid every week
- Sales commissions — earn extra every time you upsell or sign up a new customer, paid on your weekly check
- ⭐ Google review bonuses — get paid when happy customers leave 5 star reviews
- Referral bonuses for new customers you bring in
- Sign-on bonus if you already hold a C07 or C03 license

THE JOB
- Run your own daily route in a company truck
- Apply mosquito barrier treatments and full-service pest control treatments
- Talk with customers, answer questions, be the face of the company
- Log treatments and keep your truck and equipment squared away
- Monday–Friday days, no nights, paid holidays, *We do work Saturdays if we get rained out too much during the week.
✅ WHAT YOU NEED
- 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Able to obtain TN C07/C03 licenses — we cover the cost and help you study
- Physically capable: you'll carry a heavy backpack blower over yards and wooded terrain in summer heat. It's real work. It also means you'll never pay for a gym again.

MORE THAN A SEASONAL JOB
This role runs through late October, but we're not a one-season company. We also own a Lawn Squad lawn care franchise and a holiday and permanent lighting business ✨ — so our best techs have real opportunities to keep working year-round. Prove yourself this season and you'll be first in line for winter lighting installs, lawn care routes, and a return offer next spring.
